Honeywell V-Safe VS04R Valve Lockout, 2 1/2" X 5"

These consist of two half moons that completely cover the valve handwheel. They’re made of strong dielectric polypropylene plastic that is highly resistant to cracking and abrasion as well as extreme temperature changes (-50°F–360°F). They’re easily modified for rising-stem-type valves too. 2 1/2"–5" Dia. Red.
